Neon and shotgun nerfs
Patch 12.09
Neon loses airborne High Gear speed and kill-refunded fuel. Shotguns get less run-and-gun accuracy.

Slide-sprint jump was giving too much free space.
- High GearJumping no longer grants a speed bonus while airborne — air sprint speed now matches melee
- High GearFuel only regenerates on a kill while Neon’s ultimate is active (passive regen unchanged)
- SlideVFX now communicate slide direction and origin more clearly
